Zeiterfassungsterminal in ATS Cloud registrieren

In this document you will learn how to register a physical terminal from ats cloud in Attendico ATS Cloud. ATS Cloud pre-authorizes an Attendico terminal by recording its actual Terminal ID. Physical setup is performed separately on the terminal.

Wozu dient diese Funktion?

Use this before or during deployment to associate a specific terminal with an administrative device record.

Voraussetzungen

  • Devices feature enabled.
  • Read the Terminal ID from the actual terminal Settings screen.

Name
Administrative label.
Terminal Serial
Required hardware Terminal ID.
Location and Address
Optional installation information.

Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung

  1. Open Devices and select Add Terminal.
  2. Ensure the type is Terminal.
  3. Enter a descriptive Name.
  4. Enter the Terminal ID exactly as displayed on the terminal.
  5. Optionally enter the Location and Address.
  6. Review the identifier for mistakes.
  7. Click Add Device.
  8. Inspect the new registration in the Terminals filter.

Erwartetes Ergebnis

ATS Cloud stores the pre-authorized terminal record; terminal-side setup is still required.

  • Do not invent a Terminal ID.
  • Wi-Fi, firmware and terminal operation are documented separately.
