In this document you will learn how to edit or remove a registered device in Attendico ATS Cloud. Fixed terminal and biometric records can be edited after registration. The Devices page also allows a device registration to be removed.
Zweck und Funktionsweise
Use it for correcting administrative labels and location, or for retiring hardware that should no longer be associated with the company.
Vorbereitungen
- The device has already been registered.
- Identify the exact device before editing or deleting.

- Edit
- Opens editable fixed-device details.
- Name and Location
- Administrative details that may be updated.
- Delete
- Removes the selected device registration after confirmation.
- Employee Phone
- Handled separately and not editable through the fixed-device editor.
Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung
- Open Devices.
- Filter to Terminals or Biometric.
- Find the specific registered hardware entry.
- Click its Edit button.
- Change name or location-related details.
- Click Save and verify the updated row.
- If the device must be retired, use its delete action and read the confirmation carefully.
- Confirm removal only for the correct device.
Erwartetes Ergebnis
Updated registrations are reflected in Devices; removed devices no longer appear as active records.
Wichtige Hinweise
- A device removal is not a firmware reset.
