The worker editor includes an optional profile photo that can be uploaded, replaced or removed. The photo is separate from NFC card assignments and mobile-device registration.

Wozu dient diese Einstellung?

Use this for visual identification in the admin interface. The existence of a photo field alone does not mean that the Face Recognition application has enrolled the worker.

Create a valid worker profile, or open an existing one.
Choose an authorized image of the employee; protect the person’s privacy.

Upload Photo: Opens a file picker for a replacement image.
Preview: Shows the selected image before saving.
Remove Photo: Marks the stored image for removal.
Save: Sends a new image or removal flag together with editable worker fields.

Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung

Open Workers and choose an existing employee, or choose Create Worker.
Locate the optional Photo section.
Select Upload Photo and choose the intended file.
Review the image preview and ensure it belongs to the correct employee.
If you selected the wrong image, choose another file.
To remove a previously saved photo, select Remove Photo.
Review the required worker fields and click Save.
Reopen the profile to verify that the correct image appears or has been removed.

The form submits the image when one is selected, or the remove_photo flag when removal is chosen.
