In this document you will learn how to read administrator user license slots in ATS Cloud and check the remaining capacity for new access users. Access Users shows the number of licensed administrator accounts already in use and indicates when creating another account would exceed the allowed slots.

Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung
- Open Access Users.
- Read the used/allowed license-slot indicator above the user table.
- Review the existing accounts to check whether the person already has access.
- Select Add User if a free slot is available.
- If the limit has been reached, read the capacity warning.
- Review License for company-wide entitlement information.
- Request an appropriate license change if more administrators are needed rather than creating a duplicate worker account.

The interface indicates when another administrator can be created under the current license.
Wichtige Hinweise
- An Access User is not a Worker and may consume a different kind of license slot.
- Do not delete an existing administrator merely to bypass a limit without a valid business reason.
