QR-Zeiterfassungspunkt löschen

A QR Attendance Point has a saved public identifier and a browser display link. Removing a point is different from deactivating it; delete should be reserved for obsolete points.

Wozu dient diese Einstellung?

Use this when a configured QR location should be removed entirely from administration.

Vorbereitungen

• The QR point exists in the QR Code list.
• Confirm whether its public link is still being shown on a workplace screen.

Active

Switch in the point editor used to disable a point without deleting it.

Delete

Removes the point after a confirmation naming it.

Public Link

Display URL that may still be in use elsewhere.

Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung

1. Open QR Code.
2. Find the correct attendance point by Name.
3. Check its current Active status and whether the Public Link is used at a site.
4. If the point is only temporarily unavailable, edit it and set Active off.
5. For removal, select Delete on the point row.
6. Read the browser confirmation, which includes the point name.
7. Confirm only after verifying the selection.
8. Wait for the list to reload and confirm the point has disappeared.

Wie geht es weiter?

The QR point is removed from the administrative list.

Wichtige Hinweise

• Do not use a screenshot of the old QR as a replacement after deleting the point.
