Employee Access determines who may use a location, separately from the allowed geographical shape. In this document you will learn how to restrict geolocation to specific workers in Attendico ATS Cloud.

This is useful for sites accessible only to a particular team.
Voraussetzungen
- Create the workers first.
- Open a Geolocation location with at least one zone.

- Allow All Employees
- Enables location access for all workers.
- Search Employee
- Filters the displayed selection list.
- Select Visible
- Selects only currently visible matches.
- Clear Selection
- Clears selected users.
Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung
- Open Geolocation and edit the location.
- Find Employee Access.
- Disable Allow All Employees.
- Search for and select permitted employees.
- Review the selected-worker count.
- Review the map boundary.
- Click Save.
- Reopen the location to verify the selected list.
Erwartetes Ergebnis
Only the selected employees are included in that location’s access list.
Wichtige Hinweise
- At least one employee is required if all-employee access is off.
- A search filter does not select employees by itself.
