Work Time Attendance provides month navigation and a date filter. These control the scope of visible records.
What is this option for?
Use a specific date for a single incident, but switch back to a full month when reviewing a broader pattern.
Before you begin
- Open Work Time Attendance.
- Know the intended reporting date or month.
Understanding the controls
- Month Selector
- Sets the primary monthly view.
- Filter Date
- Selects a specific date within the relevant period.
- Reset Filters
- Clears active filter selections.
- Refresh
- Requests updated attendance records.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Work Time Attendance.
- Choose the month using the month controls.
- Find the date field in Filters.
- Select the specific date you want to inspect.
- Optionally choose the Worker or Group when reviewing one case.
- Read the matching rows.
- Click Reset Filters to clear the specific-date restriction.
- Choose another month or Refresh as necessary.
What happens next?
The selected date narrows the attendance view without editing the stored records.
Important notes
- An empty result can be caused by the month and date selections, not missing attendance.
- Always reset filters before concluding no records exist.
