In this document you will learn how to switch between light and dark mode in ATS Cloud using the interface appearance control in the header. ATS Cloud includes a theme switcher in the header to adjust the visual appearance between the supported themes.

What is this option for?

Use it when a light or dark color scheme is easier to read on your device. The theme affects the administration interface appearance rather than attendance calculations or employee data.

Before you begin

Sign in to ATS Cloud.
The header is visible on the current administration page.

Understanding the controls

Theme Switcher: Header control for changing the visual mode.
Light/Dark Appearance: Changes application colors and compatible visual assets.
Header Logo: Can refresh its theme-specific asset when the active theme changes.

Step-by-step instructions

Open an ATS Cloud administration page.
Locate the theme switcher in the top header, near language and account controls.
Select the switcher once.
Check whether the interface changes to the other visual theme.
Navigate to another module to verify the chosen theme is applied consistently.
Select the switcher again if you want to return to the previous appearance.

What happens next?

The application uses its theme service to update the interface appearance.
