The License page gives the company name/code, current license status, user capacity, validity date and a list of enabled or disabled product features.
What is this option for?
Use this screen to understand whether a missing module or blocked creation action could be related to subscription entitlement.
Before you begin
- An administrator account can sign in.
- The license service is reachable.
Understanding the controls
- Status
- Current active/inactive status from the backend.
- Company / Company Code
- The identity associated with the license.
- Users
- Current count compared with total allowed.
- Valid Until
- Reported license expiration date.
- Features
- Enabled and disabled product modules.
- Refresh
- Loads the current license state again.
Step-by-step instructions
- Sign in to ATS Cloud.
- Open License from the navigation.
- Review Status before troubleshooting a restricted module.
- Confirm Company Name and Company Code match the intended installation.
- Read the Users count and total allowed figure.
- Check Valid Until.
- Review the feature grid for enabled and disabled capabilities.
- Select Refresh to request an updated state.
- If a feature remains unavailable, contact the responsible subscription administrator rather than bypassing access controls.
