In this document you will learn how to use apply to all and copy previous day in Attendico ATS Cloud. The manual planning dialog includes shortcuts for filling many dates. Apply to All applies a chosen option to the visible planning rows, while Copy Previous Day takes the preceding day’s shift choice.
What is this option for?
Use these controls for repeating date-based patterns, but review the resulting dates before saving to avoid overwriting intended days off.
Before you begin
- A group has Manual Planning enabled and contains saved shifts.
- The relevant employee and date period are loaded in Planner.
Understanding the controls
- Apply to All
- Fills the current manual planning rows with one chosen assignment.
- Copy Previous Day
- Copies the preceding date’s selected option.
- Day Off
- A day with no assigned shift.
- Manual rows
- The individual date-level entries that will be saved.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Planner and select the manual-planning group.
- Set the date range and select Show.
- Choose Plan Rotation to open the manual dialog.
- Select the worker.
- Choose a shift or Day Off for the first day that you want to configure.
- For repeated dates, use Copy Previous Day on the appropriate later rows.
- Alternatively choose an assignment and Apply to All when every displayed date should have the same choice.
- Review every date carefully, especially weekends and planned days off.
- Select Save and reopen the period to verify the actual assignments.
What happens next?
The selected date-level assignments are submitted through the manual scheduling flow.
Important notes
- Apply to All is not automatically a custom 2/2 or other named rotation preset; it fills with one selection.
