How to Change the ATS Cloud Interface Language

The ATS Cloud header contains a language selector with supported interface dictionaries for English, German, Slovenian and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian. In this document you will learn how to change the ATS Cloud interface language using the administrator header’s language selector.

What is this option for?

Use this when administrators prefer the application menus, labels and supported date formatting in another language. Changing the web application language is independent of translating public Knowledge Base articles.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to ATS Cloud.
  • Use an up-to-date browser that can save a local language preference.

Understanding the controls

Language Button
Flag and short language code displayed in the header.
EN

DE

SLO

BHS
Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian interface.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open any authenticated ATS Cloud administration page.
  2. Locate the language button in the upper navigation bar.
  3. Select the language button to expand the menu.
  4. Choose English, German, Slovenian or Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian.
  5. Check that the menu labels and page headings change.
  6. Open another module to confirm the preference remains active.
  7. If you use a different browser/device, select your language again as needed.

What happens next?

The selected dictionary is activated immediately; the language preference is saved in the current browser’s local storage.

Important notes

  • English is the default language when no preference is saved.
