ATS CLOUD PLATFORM

Your complete time & attendance operation in one platform.

Attendico ATS Cloud is the central management platform for employee time and attendance. It connects employees, attendance records, shift planning, workplace locations, devices and administrative access in one web-based environment.

Instead of managing working time through disconnected spreadsheets, paper records and separate local tools, authorized users get one place to see who is at work, review check-in and check-out records, manage employees and shifts, plan schedules, control devices and export the data needed for payroll and operational reporting.

What is ATS Cloud?

ATS Cloud is the administrative layer behind the Attendico time and attendance system. It turns individual attendance events into usable operational information. When an employee registers working time, the event is linked to the employee, the applicable shift, device and workplace context, then becomes available to authorized users in the Admin interface.

The platform is designed for daily operational use: HR and administrators can manage employee records, supervisors can work with schedules and attendance, and authorized users can review and export working-time data without rebuilding the same information manually in spreadsheets.

Everything you manage in Attendico Admin

Dashboard

A clear overview of the current attendance situation, including total records, open attendance entries, employees currently inside and late records. The dashboard gives administrators a fast operational snapshot before they drill into individual records.

Employees

Create and maintain employee profiles, assign the relevant group and shift, manage employee photos and identification details, and use the employee pairing code required by supported mobile workflows. Employee codes are generated for the employee and remain stable after creation.

Attendance

Review check-in and check-out records with status, employee, department, shift, location, device and scan-type context. See total hours, breaks and overtime, close open records when required, add authorized manual records, search by employee name and work by month or year.

Shifts & Groups

Define working shifts, working days, start and end times and break rules. Organize employees into groups, assign fixed shifts or configure rotating groups with a defined rotation interval, start date and shift order. Individual days can also use custom working times when the normal shift schedule does not apply.

Planner

Plan schedules visually by date, group and shift. Generate schedules from configured shifts, add employees to a shift, move an employee for one day or from a selected date forward, handle fixed and rotating assignments, and use manual planning for schedules that do not follow an automatic pattern.

Absences

Mark planned absences directly in the planner and classify them as Vacation, Sick or Other. Add a note where needed and keep a change history of normal schedule edits, absence changes and broader range or future planning changes.

Business Travel

Manage employee business trips with recorded locations, visited addresses, route review, outward and return journeys and exportable travel reports.

Geolocation & QR

Manage the configuration behind mobile geolocation attendance and the company QR attendance display. The QR TV view shows the real company name, while workplace and location rules remain part of the same administration environment.

Devices

See connected Attendico devices from the administration layer, including terminals, phones and biometric device types. Terminal pairing is tied to real device communication, giving the platform a practical view of which devices are connected to the customer environment.

Access Users & Roles

Create and manage administrative users with role validation instead of sharing one common login. ATS Cloud tracks the number of allowed admin users according to the active license and provides controlled access to the management interface.

License & Features

See license state, enabled features, company information and the permitted number of administrative users. Licensed features remain visible in the interface so administrators can understand the available platform scope without hidden or confusing navigation.

Attendance records that are actually useful

The Attendance view is built for day-to-day administration, not just for storing timestamps. Users can filter records by worker, department, shift, location, device, status, scan type and date, then search by name and move through monthly or yearly views.

Each record can show whether it is open or closed, when the employee checked in and out, calculated total hours, break time, overtime and the method used to register attendance. Authorized users can add a manual record when required and close an open record by adding the missing check-out.

When the data needs to leave the system, tables can be exported to CSV, XLSX or PDF with translated column headings and values.

Shift planning that follows real workplaces

Attendico is built for more than one simple office schedule. Administrators can define shifts and groups, configure different working days, set custom hours for individual days and choose how employees are assigned to work patterns.

For repeating schedules, a group can rotate through multiple shifts according to a defined number of weeks, a rotation start date and a specific shift order. Employees who should stay permanently in one shift can be kept fixed. Where automatic rotation does not match the real operation, manual planning can be used instead, including day-off assignments.

The planner lets administrators move employees between shifts, apply a change only to one day or from a selected day forward, and keep change history so schedule adjustments do not disappear without context.

Absence management inside the planning workflow

Absences can be recorded directly where schedules are managed. Administrators can classify an absence as Vacation, Sick or Other, add a note and keep the absence visible in the planner instead of maintaining a separate disconnected calendar.

Planner history records normal edits, absence changes, bulk or range operations and future schedule changes. For operational use outside the browser, the planner supports XLSX export and a dedicated print view.

Multi-language administration and exports

Attendico Admin is prepared for multilingual workplaces with English, Slovenian, German and BHS language resources kept in parity. Global table exports translate supported column headings and translatable values before CSV, XLSX or PDF output, helping the exported data remain understandable to the people who actually use it outside the application.
