In this document, you will learn how to use dashboard device and recent activity sections in Attendico ATS Cloud. Dashboard includes device readiness and recent activity sections alongside its attendance summary. These are overview indicators, not a substitute for the individual device or event record.
What is this option for?
Use them to spot an issue quickly and then open the appropriate detailed module.
Before you begin
- At least one relevant device or attendance event for populated data.
- An administrator login.
Understanding the controls
- Device Readiness
- Summary of devices ready and requiring attention.
- Device Status
- Per-device overview where available.
- Recent Activity
- Recent event list.
- View All
- Opens a more complete attendance view.
- Manage
- Opens the related device administration screen.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Dashboard.
- Locate Device Readiness and read the ready/attention values.
- Scroll to Device Status for individual device indicators.
- If a device needs investigation, choose Manage to open Devices.
- Scroll to Recent Activity and inspect the latest attendance events.
- Choose View All to open the detailed attendance register.
- Use filters in the destination module to investigate the specific worker, device or date.
What happens next?
The overview identifies areas requiring attention and links to detailed records.
Important notes
- The dashboard can show a partial-load warning if one data source fails.
