Dashboard Quick Actions are shortcuts to other ATS Cloud modules. They do not perform the underlying configuration directly. In this document you will learn how to use dashboard quick actions in Attendico ATS Cloud.
What is this option for?
Use them to jump quickly to the register or administration page for the task you want to perform.
Before you begin
- Sign in to ATS Cloud.
- The intended module must be available under the current account and license.
Understanding the controls
- Open Attendance
- Navigates to Work Time Attendance.
- Open Planner
- Navigates to the shift schedule.
- Add Employee
- Navigates to worker creation.
- Manage Devices
- Opens device administration.
- Manage QR
- Opens the QR point list.
- Manage Locations
- Opens Geolocation.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Dashboard.
- Find Quick Actions.
- Identify the module associated with your task.
- Select Open Attendance when reviewing actual events.
- Select Open Planner for schedules or Add Employee to create a worker after groups and shifts exist.
- Choose Manage Devices, Manage QR or Manage Locations to open those configurations.
- On the destination page, follow the corresponding specific Knowledge Base guide.
What happens next?
The shortcut changes the displayed module; saving or changing settings still requires completing the relevant module’s workflow.
