With this document, we will help you understand the ats cloud dashboard in Attendico. The Dashboard is the overview screen of ATS Cloud. It summarizes attendance activity and device readiness so an administrator can recognize exceptions without immediately opening every detailed register.

What is this feature used for?

It is intended for monitoring and navigation, not as a replacement for the underlying attendance ledger. Summary cards report indicators while the detailed record list remains in Work Time Attendance.

Before you begin

An administrator login.
Configured employees and recorded attendance events are needed for meaningful attendance totals.

Options and fields explained

Currently Inside: Employees presently considered checked in.
Checked In Today: Attendance activity for the current day.
Late Today and Attendance Exceptions: Indicators that deserve attention.
Active Employees and Devices Ready: Workforce and device availability information.
Recent Activity and Device Status: Recent events and device-related indicators.

Step-by-step procedure

Open Dashboard from the navigation.
Read the summary cards for the current attendance status.
Inspect the Today Overview and Scan Methods sections when present.
Review Recent Activity for recent events.
Check Device Status if a device-related issue is suspected.
Use a Quick Action to navigate to the related administration page.
Use Refresh to update displayed information.
