They do not perform the underlying configuration directly. In this document you will learn how to use dashboard quick actions in Attendico ATS Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is this option for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use them to jump quickly to the register or administration page for the task you want to perform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you begin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign in to ATS Cloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The intended module must be available under the current account and license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding the controls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>Open Attendance<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Navigates to Work Time Attendance.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Open Planner<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Navigates to the shift schedule.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Add Employee<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Navigates to worker creation.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Manage Devices<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Opens device administration.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Manage QR<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Opens the QR point list.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Manage Locations<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Opens Geolocation.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-step instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find Quick Actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the module associated with your task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Open Attendance when reviewing actual events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Open Planner for schedules or Add Employee to create a worker after groups and shifts exist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Manage Devices, Manage QR or Manage Locations to open those configurations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the destination page, follow the corresponding specific Knowledge Base guide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens next?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shortcut changes the displayed module; saving or changing settings still requires completing the relevant module\u2019s workflow.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dashboard Quick Actions are shortcuts to other ATS Cloud modules.
