Phones register through the employee mobile application and appear automatically in Devices. In this document you will learn how to replace a worker&#8217;s registered phone in Attendico ATS Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is this feature for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before using a replacement phone, remove the existing registration without deleting the worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An existing worker and linked phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permission to remove the correct device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options and fields explained<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>Employee Phones<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Filter for linked mobiles.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Employee name and code<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Identifies the phone owner.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Delete<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Removes the selected phone registration.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-step instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Devices and select Employee Phones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the employee and verify the old phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the device identity and Last Seen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Delete for the old phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the old registration is gone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the employee register the new phone using the separate mobile app procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expected result<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The old link is removed so the replacement registration can proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not delete the worker profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use Add Terminal to register a phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A worker may have only one linked phone according to the ATS Cloud interface.
