In this document you will learn how to restrict geolocation to specific workers in Attendico ATS Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is this feature for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is useful for sites accessible only to a particular team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create the workers first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open a Geolocation location with at least one zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options and fields explained<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>Allow All Employees<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Enables location access for all workers.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Search Employee<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Filters the displayed selection list.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Select Visible<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Selects only currently visible matches.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Clear Selection<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Clears selected users.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-step instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Geolocation and edit the location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find Employee Access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disable Allow All Employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for and select permitted employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the selected-worker count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the map boundary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reopen the location to verify the selected list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expected result<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only the selected employees are included in that location&#8217;s access list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least one employee is required if all-employee access is off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A search filter does not select employees by itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employee Access determines who may use a location, separately from the allowed geographical shape.
