The modules visible in ATS Cloud are influenced by the authenticated user, the license features and route access guards. Some menu items are added for administrator accounts and some features are hidden when unlicensed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is this option for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this when an administrator cannot find Planner, Business Travel, Geolocation or another expected module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you begin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign in with the intended account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Know which module you expect to use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding the controls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>Role<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>The administrator identity and its authorized menus.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>License Features<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Controls whether feature-gated modules are available.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Feature Guard<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Can block navigation to a module whose feature is not enabled.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>License Page<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Displays subscription status and enabled features.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-step instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the upper-right user menu and verify which administrator is signed in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect the main navigation for the requested module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open License to review its enabled features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a module is disabled in the license, do not attempt to bypass the application route guard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the feature appears licensed but unavailable, review the user\u2019s assigned role in Access Users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask the subscription administrator to confirm the correct license and account access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign out and in again if the account was recently changed, then check the navigation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>[SCREENSHOT PLACEHOLDER \u2014 Add an authentic screenshot of this ATS Cloud screen.
