The photo is separate from NFC card assignments and mobile-device registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is this option for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this for visual identification in the admin interface. The existence of a photo field alone does not mean that the Face Recognition application has enrolled the worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you begin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a valid worker profile, or open an existing one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose an authorized image of the employee; protect the person\u2019s privacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding the controls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>Upload Photo<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Opens a file picker for a replacement image.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Preview<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Shows the selected image before saving.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Remove Photo<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Marks the stored image for removal.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Save<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Sends a new image or removal flag together with editable worker fields.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-step instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Workers and choose an existing employee, or choose Create Worker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the optional Photo section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Upload Photo and choose the intended file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the image preview and ensure it belongs to the correct employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you selected the wrong image, choose another file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To remove a previously saved photo, select Remove Photo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the required worker fields and click Save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reopen the profile to verify that the correct image appears or has been removed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens next?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The form submits the image when one is selected, or the remove_photo flag when removal is chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The worker editor includes an optional profile photo that can be uploaded, replaced or removed.
